Dear Devan,

Rest in peace my beautiful, blue eyed, golden angel. All our love and prayers are with you and your family.

Devan was such an amazing and beautiful person. You could not dislike Devan...there was nothing to dislike about her; She loved life and she loved everyone. Anyone who had the privilege of meeting her and being in her presence felt the love she had for life. She was always smiling, always positive, upbeat, bubbly, talented, smart, sweet, and so kind to everyone. Devan was the type of person who wouldn't hurt a fly. Her ability to see what's beautiful in

Her ability to see what's beautiful in everyone and everything was and still is truly inspiring; I could only hope to gain that ability. The world truly lost a wonderful person on January 25th, but heaven gained a beautiful angel...heaven is very lucky to have her. I hope that everyone can take memories of Devan and her kind soul and emulate what she had because we need more people like Devan in this world; she truly sparkled. My heart truly goes out to her family and closest friends.
I have lots of love and respect for you, Devan, I will always keep you in my heart, girl. Keep singing, keep dancing, and keep us all safe before we are all reunited one day in heaven. :) Rest in peace, angel. <3>
