Robert D. Mizwicki
Age 67, a resident of Manteno, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Robert was a proud and dedicated United States Army Veteran. He served in Viet Nam with Tet Offensive. Bob received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with One Bronze Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal with 60 Device, Bronze Star Medal with V Device, a Combat Infantryman Badge, and Army Commendation Medal. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 3-8 PM. Funeral service Wednesday, April 26, 2017 with chapel prayers at 10:00 AM to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a 10:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Patrick Mizwicki, "Strive For 5," Foundation, http://patrickmizwickifoundation.com would be appreciated.
