78, of Frankfort formerly of Alsip, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice House. Loving wife of Albert Pollack; beloved mother of Sherry (Terence) Laverty, Scott Pollack and the late Carl (late Lynn) Kodidek; cherished grandmother of Tracy (Larry) White, Kevin (Nicole) Kodidek, Danny Laverty and Hannah Laverty and dear sister of Robert (Carol) Kozak; proud great grama (aka Gi-Gi) of Brooke and Colton White and William Kodidek; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Patricia will be remembered as a woman of wit and wisdom who was never too busy to lend an ear or share her laughter with her family and friends. She was a die hard fan of the Bears and Cubs. She enjoyed playing Bingo and Bunco at the Westgate Club House in addition to fishing and playing Yahtzee with her husband. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 5-9 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Info or 815-806-2225.
