Age 95, of Lockport passed away Thursday, October 26th, 2017 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home in Joliet.

Monna is survived by her loving family, children, David B. (Laurel) Rowley, Willard G. (Catherine) Rowley, Deborah S. Rowley, Dr. Howard A. (Dr. Carol Diamond) Rowley, grandchildren, Thomas Rowley, Chase Rowley, Samantha Rowley, Bruce Rowley, Mary Catherine Rowley, Anne (Jason) Roskom, Paul Rowley, Joseph Rowley, several nephews, cousins and devoted caregiver Evangeline Inocando.

Monna was preceded in death by her parents, George & Marion Milton (Jones), her husband of 59 years, Willard G. Rowley, siblings, George (Margaret) Milton and June (Jerome) Paddock.

Monna was a longtime member of the Homer Congregational Church in Lockport; former President of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Joliet Chapter; Society of the Mayflower Descendants in Illinois and retired from Brakur Custom Cabinets in Plainfield.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, on Sunday, October 29th, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral service, Monday, October 30th, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Barnet Cemetery, Lockport, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Barnet Cemetery Association , c/o Greg Cagwin, 16528 W. Bruce Road, Lockport, IL 60441 or the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
