Lois L. Kolmodin (nee Hallberg)
Age 89, lifelong resident of Lockport, IL passed away on January 12, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Hilmer Kolmodin; loving mother of David (Patti) Kolmodin and Donna (Gary) Hiller; cherished grandmother of Lisa Hiller, Kristin Hiller, and Paul Kolmodin; also survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Hallberg. She was preceded in death by her parents Martin and Dorothy Hallberg, one infant son, her brother William Hallberg, her sister Dorothy Ionne, and daughter-in-law Gayle Kolmodin. Lois was a member of Shepherd of the Hill Lutheran Church, enjoyed crocheting, and spending time with her friends at McDonald's. The family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441 on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 3-8 PM. Funeral service Tuesday, January 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park II.
