John "Jack" Armin Jr.

Age 78, of Manhattan, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017, 2017. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Zumpf); loving father of Angeline (Clifford) Fleszewski and John Armin III; and dear step-father of Christina (Gary) Fransico, Melissa (John) Noonan, and Leah (fiancé Dan Touzio) Price; cherished grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 1. He was preceded in death by his first wife Martha Armin, his daughter Candace (late Randall) Addams, and step-son Frank Armin. Jack took pride in restoring antique cars and tractors. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed snowmobiling and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 3-8 PM. Funeral service Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Mokena, IL.
