JEROME J. BEJGROWICZ

Age 73, of Stephenson, MI, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Jerome is survived by his loving family, wife, Jane Bejgrowicz (Peters), children, Richard (Maida) Bayus, Matthew (Shannon) Bejgrowicz, grandchildren, Ryan Bayus, Jack Bayus, Breanna Bejgrowicz, Reese North, sister, Joan Czarny, sisters-in-law, Darlene (Wally) Rogers, Susan (Bob) Mohan, Cynthia (Dr. Ronald) Tupik, brother-in-law, Donald (Jan) Peters and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerome was preceded in death by his parents Jerome & Hattie Bejgrowicz (Jurewicz) and brother-in-law, Jack Czarny.

Jerome was a Veteran Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Marine Corps Association Member, former Commander of the American Legion Post #43 in Stephenson, MI and a graduate of Purdue University. He retired from AT&T in Blue Island and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Library Board in Stephenson, MI.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM. Interment, Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors, Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
