My deepest sympathy and prayers for you and all who love and know Adam. I worked in different department at Joha but had the pleasure of ocassionally speaking with him. I can say he was so immersed in his work and never once lead on that he was ill until the later days. It definitely showed how humble he was and how important it was to care for others before himself. I met you, Mrs. Kielbasa during your anniversary trip in Galena. I hope all of those cherished memories and trips lift you during the darkest of times. Please reach out to me if you ever need some support. There is a free grief group that I work closely with that is so willing to walk with your family during this difficult time. Praying for all of those affected by this sad loss of a great man. I remember when Adam was proposing to Lauren, I happened to be at Mikes house dropping something off, Adam was there smiling ear to ear. We talked for a few minutes and I knew something was up. Neither Adam or Mike could wipe off the smirks on their faces. They both caved after a few minutes and told me the plan, I was so thrilled for Adam and Lauren.

I was truly honored when they asked for my assistance with wedding stuff.
The first anniversary was a paper gift, that Adam had me create for Lauren, we had lunch when he picked it up and talked about mostly the Cubs and Lauren.
Adam was such a gentle, loving, wonderful young man who was part of our family. God Bless you Adam, forever in my heart. I will miss you.

Dear Lauren, Mike and Adam's Family:
Please accept my heartfelt condolences at the passing away of a wonderful young man. His positive spirit of dealing with this unfortunate malady gave me fervent hope that he would successfully conquer it. He tolerated the trials and tribulations of cure while, I am certain, in pain and discomfort but with a positive attitude I came to appreciate. I will miss seeing him at the golf course and his smile, always ready to face adversity.

May his soul rest in peace and may God Bless Lauren and the rest of his family with peace and wonderful memories of Adam's life.

Our Sweet "Sluggo". I can't express how much I miss him already. He was a blessing to our family and exemplified how to live life to the fullest with the utmost courage, dignity and grace. He was blessed with Lauren's love, devotion and support which sustained him and gave him the will to keep fighting. His personal struggles are over but the lessons we learned from him will remain with all of us as his legacy. He will live on in my heart and mind forever. ---Auntie Karen
