Mark was a friend during his rock island years. He was one of the most avid history buffs I have ever known, the only person that could name all the presidents in order and the vice presidents of each .We use to sit and listen to music for hours. He was a good friend that we lost contact with , did not know were he moved to. r.i.p. old friend

Mark introduced me to 1950's Horror/cult films, movie remakes comprising of thumbs, James Bond, music from before I was born, and the art of deadpan storytelling. I knew Mark in his later years, and he enjoyed telling my siblings and I stories of his past. These stories were usually told in a hushed voice and raised eyebrows; almost as if he didn't even believe the story he was telling us. Thanks for the vicarious adventures. You are missed.
