Patsy was the best friend anyone could ever ask for. Whenever someone needed guidance or support, she was there. We had so many fun times, from kids, working at Western Electric, and thru all of life's adventures. She was the "mother" for so many, always laughing. She loved St. Joseph Park's picnic's in the summer and doing the traditional trek to Indian Dunes Beach once a year. 2014 Christmas gathering was the best Christmas I've had for many years! We will all miss her dearly.
In Memory of My Oldest and Dearest Friend, Patsy
I wanted to make you happy,
I knew your time here wouldn't last,
Your light was growing dimmer,
As we reminisced about the past,
The fun times and memories we all cherished,
with friends and family here,
would be the only thing left for us, just your memory,
and our hearts full of tears.
I tried to make your time here a little brighter,
As your flame was burning out,
I tried to make it easier,
I still don't know this life's all about.
When there was no hope,
and things just seemed all wrong,
Your strength came naturally, from your heart,
And you pretended to be strong.
Your text message to call you,
Is still on my phone,
Let's go for Margaritas!
Call me, I'll be home!
You were so proud
of your beloved son and husband;
We seen it in your eyes.
As they ask for your guidance,
They will look up towards the sky.
Heaven has another Beautiful Angel,
This Angel's name is Patsy,
For now we miss her dearly;
But one day, our tears will cease,
And together again,
We'll all be happy.
