I just heard that Colleen passed away. I can't describe how sad I am hearing of this news. I was thinking of her the other day trying to locate her on Facebook. The train rides and my daughter babysitting Hanna. Pete and Hanna, please know that she is still thought of even in her passing. She was wonderful and I have such fond memories. We all do, my twin Terry Ramirez and her husband Jim Ramirez. God Bless you all and Colleen, may you be at peace my friend.

Donna and I have found memories of Colleen. We grew up together in Crestwood hanging out and going to school together. She had a kind heart and we are sorry that we did not have a chance to meet as adults. Our prayers to her family for your lost.

Sincerely,
Floyd & Donna

I was a colleague of Colleen's having worked together the past few years at Aon. I hadn't met her in person, but Colleen was my phone-a-friend. She was always an email or phone call away and was wonderful. Her demeanor was especially profesional and we helped one another out depending who had the obstacle to tackle. She'd share her expertise and I learned a great deal from her. She had a way of drawing you in as she spoke. I

You helped complete our family with your love, and witty humor. Life was never dull when you were around! It wasn't long ago that you sat around the campfire with stories filled of yesteryear. It was just this summer we were all riding together for a benefit dodging the treacherous downpours trying to get our cards punched. Your memories will be cherished with the same love and laughter you shared, and Our love for you will always be tucked away safely in our hearts.

We will miss you, Colleen!! From building our houses together 25 years ago (and sitill staying married), to the times shared around the table, sitting until our rear ends were numb, it has been "quite a ride"! We laughed until it hurt, shared the difficulties of everyday life, and even discussed the things one is not supposed to (ie religiion and politics). These are times we will always treasure God bless you, Pete, and Hannah.
